DMA services included the provision of Head of Infrastructure Projects as well as the project management of SWT's multi-storey car park portfolio. DMA established the processes and procedures by which the Major Projects Department would manage future projects within a Project Manager's Handbook, which has subsequently been adopted across all Stagecoach Rail Group companies.
